Not reliable, not customer friendly. Unfortunately I can not report well about this company. Initially, the rather expensive offer amount was increased by a further 10 percent in 2012, without, in my view, providing another service. But I swallowed it. Now, 4 years later, there is a warranty claim in a part of the facade. At a local meeting in July 2016, the repair is promised. Nothing happened until November 2016. We have now February 2017. There is no news from the painter company Sven Buch. Due to the bad execution, the refusal of the legal remedy and the inflated price, I can only advise one of the Fa. Sven book commissioning.
