It was better to shop here, staff overwhelmed, standing at one cash register for a long time because the second cash register is not opened, probably due to a lack of staff.

I've never seen anything so outrageous. My husband was on August 13th. 2020. at 7:30 p.m. in this branch and asked an employee (brown hair, ponytail and glasses if she would be so nice and could ask in another branch by phone whether a promotional item was still available there in order not to drive back and forth through Itzehoe. Then she replied bluntly no and left him standing. He just called afterwards, but that's very friendly! (Ironically mean) Customer friendliness is very important in this branch !!!! Isn't that first with Aldi.

It can not be that if a television is offered and only one is in stock .. There should be at least 5-10 in stock with the high demand ..
