Nice shop, the staff are always friendly. Unfortunately, the shopping trolley with the baby seat attachment has not worked for weeks. Was not fixed despite multiple inquiries.

Today there was only water in the dispenser instead of disinfectant. I then informed the cashier. 20 seconds later the branch manager was at the checkout and I assumed that the cashier had given him notice. Puff cake. Another inquiry directly to the branch manager brought the disillusionment. Didn't have. He then took care of it straight away. It wasn't the first time that there was only water in the dispenser. Is that arranged from above? That would be the icing on the cake.

You can shop there, but the staff works a little too slowly for me and therefore there are always long queues

The Covid 19 measures don't seem to interest anyone here. Again and again I see people without a face mask and that is completely ignored by the staff.
