Unprofessional and absolutely bad service from three different employees. First they put pressure on me to sign a contract as soon as possible because the offer is running out. Then after (!) The signing of the contract it was said that the bank had not yet agreed - I haven't heard anything for days despite several attempts to contact me. In addition, the employees were unable to correctly spell my name in several emails or actually answer questions.

Lure offers that are suddenly no longer available after ordering. You are looking forward to the new Cupra Leon and after you have ordered the car, you get the sobering news after repeated inquiries that the offer is no longer available. Sorry folks, but that is unprofessional and borders on deceiving customers ... Customers are tempted to order with cheap offers and then suddenly the car is no longer available. Better to go to the dealership, they also know what they're doing.

this site advertises very cheap rates, but service is not available. You don't get an offer for your configuration, but an email with a written revocation. Is too much effort. Thanks for the service mr. S. Would have changed just because of the low price. Then better with the competition Vehiculum or Sixt. just read the reviews. they can only be written yourself ...

I heard about the company on Black Friday and the prices were very tempting. Although I hadn't actually thought of leasing at all, I was looking for a car to buy, but was very well advised on the phone and also by email if I had any questions. The missing 5th star is there when the car is there! 😊

A few months ago I ordered a vehicle through Carfellows. Unfortunately, the contract was incorrectly passed on by CarFellows and a vehicle was delivered with the wrong rims (rims that were too small). My signed contract does not match the vehicle that was delivered and you are put off every day that you will take care of the problem. So far, however, no solution has been offered to me. Unfortunately, I have already ordered larger winter tires and so there is no longer any possibility of moving the rims to the winter tires. Ergo I have a vehicle in the garage that is not ready to drive due to a mistake by Carfellows. I also spent € 500 on tires that cannot be used. How should I get to work on Monday? No idea.
