Everything went fine at first, but a few days after I returned the car they took off money of my credit card without informing me. When I discovered it randomly weeks later they apologized and ensured me that it was a mistake and they would transfer it back. Several weeks and emails later I still haven’t received the money and no further information about the reasons. Never again!

Not sure why people are so unhappy with the service. I’ve rented a car for a month and I changed it during the rental a few times, so in total it was 4 or 5 interactions with different employees. They were all friendly and willing to help, I got perfect service. The cars they gave me were all not impressive, but they were within the class I booked + I don’t think that frontline managers have anything to do with the car park.

All good, until they took money from my credit card without informing. Twice! I would rather pay triple for rental cars in hertz or europcar, than take a car from them.

Probably one of the worst rental places you can find in Berlin. They gave me a car with an empty tank although it was supposed to be full according to the contract. I submitted a complaint about that, but have not heard back from them in more than two months. When returning the car on a Sunday, there are no dedicated parking places, you just have to hope that you'll find a free spot on the street. Just don't go there.
