I booked the car online including full insurance that covers everything, no deductible, including thefts. I chose the most expensive insurance that was offered on the website. When I got to the office I was told the insurance I made online is not deductible, (that means that in case of accident I willbe eligible to pay 900€ and in case of thefts 80000€!! I had to pay 80€ more for the extra insurance! Which is more then the car rent cost. The staff was very rude. I will never book a car there again.

Extremely rude staff. Booked a car, planned whole day around it. When arrived, she said there was no car for me and acted like it was my fault. She was extremely wow so rude about it, seems like she hates working for the company . Made me go to the airport to get a car. When I went to the airport they tried to charge me 300+ euros for a less than 100 euro care rental, otherwise I could not rent, even though my card covers insurance. Worse experience ever, left Germany immediately after this
