Hello everyone, frankly, it is inexplicable to me how the good ratings came about. I had a completely different experience with Mr. Machnik in direct contact with him. Arrogant and instructive, unfriendly and listless - in the end despite a lot of back and forth I never got an offer. Typical craftsman who is too full and who, because he has too much to do, thinks he can take everything. The order situation will change again and the service will do well

Very rude and condescending on the phone, afterwards I felt treated like a little child and not like a customer requesting a service. There was also the constant back and forth without any information about the appointment. I waited almost a week, of course looked around differently and fixed the problem in the meantime. Then the boss suddenly answers, I say that I no longer need him - and the answer comes the long message with the motto "Great, now I've wasted my time here", although he has done absolutely nothing. If there is no time for orders - everything is fine - just let me know and don't let people down. Train communication with customers a little too.

I never got the job because the arrogance, lack of customer friendliness and the completely unacceptable manner of the boss made me look around further.
