Pretty badly organized. At each appointment you have new therapists, who do not know what went in advance. The therapists themselves are very nice and seem to be competent. On the part of the practice many appointments were canceled, in part 3 hours before the appointment. If an appointment is canceled by the patient, a cancellation fee of 15 € is due. Perfect rip-off.

I came to this physiotherapy practice through a referral from my treating orthopedic surgeon. I have chronic vertebral pain. All physiotherapists beforehand were friendly and the treatment was pleasant. What I didn't like was the fact that I had four different therapists on four different dates. There was no inherently stringent procedure to be seen, rather each therapist did something different, which didn't seem like it was based on the previous one. It doesn't really look professional like that. I cannot recommend the practice to pain patients who need more than one massage after work. Which was also a big minus point, I had to pay € 15 compensation for a lost hour. The customer is informed that if an appointment is canceled later, compensation must be paid by the customer. Nevertheless, the reasons for a possible cancellation should be taken into account. If I cancel an appointment in the morning, right after opening, because I'm sick, you should be so accommodating and refrain from such a request.
