Very nice and friendly and make a very competent impression!
I've been in the Physio Lounge since summer 2017 and I'm 200% satisfied. Whether the boss herself or one of the colleagues "worked on" me, I was always helped acutely. There is a friendly, warm and comfortable climate! The dates and times are kept perfectly here and "billed" is only at the end of the recipe! I know everything differently !! Pay first and then let half of the treatment time pass with no attendance! I had that for another 1.5 years in another practice in odenthal. Anne Carsten and her team are great there is nothing to complain about, let alone complain. Whoever whines here has no idea how it goes in other therapeutic practices, I would be happy to recommend the Physio Lounge with 10 stars
