einige Male in der Vergangenheit war ich da. Es war immer dieselbe unfreundliche, patzige Bedienung. Heute aber 25.1.2021 war eine neue sehr nette Dame. Weiter so. !!!

Everything was fine and very friendly

The staff is incredibly rude, rarely seen such a business. My letter was a bit torn at the top edge, when I asked for adhesive tape or a piece of Tesa I was only made aware of the entire rolls behind me (piece at least 3 euros). I wanted to send a large letter to Switzerland, first I was asked what was in there, a homemade calendar I said, yes then 16 euros please! I comply with all regulations for sending letters. Without weighing or measuring, she was of the opinion, based on the calendar and thus goods 16 euros. Now I see on the Deutsche Post homepage that the letter could indeed be insured as a commodity and that my bulk would still cover shipping for 7 euros. Apart from the unfriendliness, apparently no knwo how with regard to Deutsche Post. I'm going to another post office.

I can only agree with the previous speaker on the unfriendliness of the staff. Greetings friendly, there is only a tired grumble back and questions are answered unfriendly and without assistance ... there is the mute DHL Packstation friendly

Unbelievably unfriendly staff ... I wanted to hand over my DHL returns package and therefore decided to go to the next possible DHL shop. I entered the store and kindly said "Good morning", which left me unresponsive. Of course I could stand over it, because the person may not have heard me (which surprised me, as another customer in the store has greeted me back). So I give my package and ask nicely if the labeling on the package is correct. On it was first simply tried to scan all the barcodes on the package and after the realization that it does not funtioniert, I was told that the right barcode is on the slip, which should be put according to Amazon in the package. Well, I'll do that well to glued package so and get the right note from the package. After you scanned the right code, I asked if there might be tape with which I can close the package again. Your statement was that there is no such thing and I have to buy extra a roll of tape to close the package again .... Service looks different ... Not really recommended! Better go to a different shop!
