German post office

The opening times and the service are a horror (3pm to 5pm on Mon, Wed, Fri). However, you only have a time window until 4:00 p.m. / 4:10 p.m. if a shipment is to be sent on the same day. I was there a little later and now the package is lying there for 2 days! PROPOSAL 1: Open from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., then the driver can take everything with him at 4 p.m./4:10 p.m. PROPOSAL 2: The driver picks up the shipments every day, he has a key. There is probably a lack of staff for further opening times, but that should be able to be found. The lady on site is nice.

The previously restricted opening times between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. on weekdays have now been limited to 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Very bad, especially in times of Corona. So that customers are now standing even closer together in line. Hoped they'd learned from the pandemic.

I can only recommend this branch! - Very friendly and helpful owner. He is always looking for a solution and is very customer-oriented. Always a nice conversation in a tidy and very clean branch with free parking. I like to wait for the shorter opening hours, before I have to do to unfriendly staff and parking fees in the surrounding branches.

Very, very nice staff. I always like to come to this branch. The Lord is always very hard working and helpful! Just great !!
