German post office

Always friendly and helpful. I can't understand or believe the other reviews. Regardless of whether I have to pick something up or hand in something, always a nice word.

Yes, the shop is not exactly modern. But, this is THE shop in our district, close by, always friendly, always a nice word, always happy. I'm really glad to have him.

Not to be recommended at all! Warning! Customer rubbish! Go to the post office in Bergisch Gladbach or Schildgen. Original scene: Opening times from 3 p.m. Then open around 3:04 p.m. at the front of the main entrance where the opening times are posted and the mailbox is. An older lady around 85 years of age does not want to be well mobile in the post with her rollator, but is then quoted out because she has violated the Corona one-way street. Not a single person is in the shop! I watch the unworthy scene from outside. The woman slowly makes her way around the block to the back entrance with her walker and groans. I go to the post office, ask the aggressive-looking gentleman what is the point of sending an old, non-mobile lady into the backyard with potholes, even though NO ONE is in the store ?! Answer: I like it. Is locked. Go out too! OUT!!! Me: But that is not at all recognizable from the outside! Doesn't make sense either! He: Then I'll get the police now! Me: Yes, please! About 5 minutes have passed, the elderly lady comes into the post office from behind through the small glass door. The man cheeky to the lady: "Put the mask on properly!" The lady: "I have the mask on. Please be kind to me." The man: "I can't now, I have to wait for the police." He shows me his self-painted lock sign from the front. Me: Now you're going "wrong" yourself! I go. The older lady is always out of breath from the trip around the block! Unfortunately pointless chicane in the village post office. End of a pointless Corone scene in a store with no customers!

I am really disappointed with my crossing there. The woman behind the post is very uncomfortable. She has no patience and under no circumstances wants to take a little time to help or to give specific explanations

I have rarely seen such an unfriendly and above all incompetent branch. It is sad when a customer has more knowledge than their own employees. Foreign ID cards cannot be scanned in this branch and, unfortunately, cannot be entered manually, so that parcel collection is not possible.
