Decent sized and clean rooms, friendly staff, convenient location. Loved their go green policy for handwash and other toiletries. Took off one star because their washrooms have heavy sliding doors which were unfriendly.

It is very difficult to rate this hotel. Because I was honestly expecting something else from a 4 Star Hotel in Berlin. The room is small, but it was not a surprise (so are the rooms in Europe Capitals). The bed looks comfortable, but it is not (the matrasses are too big - in my opinion and they simply trow you out of bed). The furniture is not in a good shape. No windows to be opened (and this is a big problem if you have some space issues - room is small and has no window to be opened). No parking place, although they mention them also on Booking and on Check24. Just the street parking places (22 euro/day) or the ones in Alexa Mall (12 euro/day). They receive three stars for the view, which is amazing. You can see the TV Tower from your room.

The hotel is nice but it has a few problems. First of all is that they say they have parking when you make the booking, only to find out they send you to a mall parking 800 m away. By the way the guy from the reception acts very rude when you raise this problem to him. Second of all there is a problem of finding the actual place. It is marketed as a Holiday Inn but in fact you have to enter the hotel from another hotel which is called Indigo. Probably because of corona they don't want to pay two receptions but it is a big no no in front of the clients. The third problem is that the windows do not open( they say because of the possibility of suicide) and you have to stay all the time with the air conditioning on, which is unpleasant. The fourth problem is that the hotel restaurant doesn't have vegetarian and vegan options. They only have one vegetarian boring overpriced pasta dish. The only reason it gets 3 stars from me is because of the nice view of the television tower and the central location of the hotel.

one of the greatest city hotels ever been. made our stay so good. modern , stylish with great quility of linnen. break fast is amazing as it should be for the room price. over all really value for money, higly recomended.

I honestly expected more from the hosting. Firstly, room service was only open every two days, due to Corona. We understand this delicate moment, but I think that the client should not be penalized for that. (I want to make it clear that the maids left the room very clean. It is not a complaint against them, but about the frequency of cleaning provided by the hotel). Second, the shower cabin is a bathtub. However, it has no curtain or a way to retain water. So a lot of water falls outside the bath “cabin”. An elderly person, for example, is unable to enter the bathtub. It is an extremely high ledge to enter the bathrooms, which makes it dangerous to exit and to enter the cabin.
