I booked here for 20 March 2020. Due to coronavirus Germany banned all non schengen union members from entering and my flight was cancelled. As far as I am aware all tourist accommodation in Germany was closed and despite trying to contact the hotel prior to arrival I received no response and was unable to cancel. As such they took full payment and labeled me as a 'no show' Due to this I cannot leave a review on booking.com and the hotel refuses to refund my payment. Do not book this accommodation, they are abusing the coronavirus situation to their own benefit.

Be careful ! especially Foreign/Asian tourists ! its a scam hotel ! Do not stay in this apartment !! They demanded deposit money before hand as checking in which they had not notified us when we booked, then when we checked out they refused to return the deposit ( zero money !) despite of that we did not make any damages. we read the same warning in another site about this apartment. bad !

A month accomodation was a disaster, it was horrible. The apartment was the worst place i have stayed in my life after military barracks. It never met hygiene standards, floor was not mobbed for ages, carpet was never vacuumed, there were food leftovers in the refrigerator, on the floor, in the micro owen. Plates were dirty, toilet had a leakage with a heavy smell, and i killed 3 bugs a day. When we first checked-in at night, i have collected more than 50 hair from everywhere. When we tried to ask for help receptionist guy told that he is 'working' there but not at that moment. The ladies were kindly trying to help, but there was no available room. poor cleaning ladies are desperate use the same textile for cleaning the kitchen top and bathroom sink, because they are cleaning 1000 rooms alone. We have spent one full month trying not to touch anywhere, due to the dust cloud. Then we ran away to another hotel in our temporary stay period of our relocation.

I stayed at Vision Apartments two years and a half ago and by then the apartments conditions and the service was Ok. Since it was a good experience I booked again and the apartments are so deteriorated. Poor maintenance and very poor cleaning. They pretend to be a trendy building apartments but they forget to keep the quality level. The only positive point is the location. I am sure there are better options to stay in Berlin so this will be my last visit to Vision Apartments.

It was good stay. I booked it for family twice. The service they offer is amazing. They have Sauna, Gym, Washing place all incl. in the tariff. Some rooms are very small. But, should be okay for a Couple. They also provide baby bed on request. Overall was nice stay for my family.
