Great hotel. The breakfast was super. Despite the fact that we are usually not big meat ball fans we absolutely loved them there. Also worth mentioning is the great selection of cheeses. The room we had was perfect for a family of 5 (which can be a challenge). Staff was very friendly (especially to our kids). The location is great for visiting the huge Christmas market
Nice hotel in Duigsburg Centre. Very kind and helpfull staff. Minus because there is no airconditioning in rooms, only on corridors, but there is a swimmingpool.
People here are good and you can have a great breakfast at this hotel. But the room is not clean, for example, I used a glass of cup at mini bar but room cleaner didn’t give a clean one back to mini bar and just put it back to its original place(unbelievable!!). One more thing, WiFi sometimes has disconnected situation that means its quality in communication is poor. I hope it can be improved.
I have stayed here for more than 1week, they have poor service(rooms are not well maintained), still very expensive as compared to other hotels in Duisburg.
Like a second home. Friendly and great breakfast
