I'm American and they are either cultural misunderstandings or they really don't want to help. The staff I dealt with never called me, told me to call when they were at lunch, making me call back several different times, failed to understand everything that was wrong with car, failed to notice low oil. This all may be cultural, but my impression was they really did not want my business and I concluded that it was because I'm American.

Really great service, very nice staff and a very big compliment to the workshop foreman.
Only what is really necessary is repaired here, and there are no nasty surprises with the bill.
We will always be happy to visit the garage, even if we have a long drive
have to accept.

Hallo. Wir sind auf der Suche nach einem Wohnmobil bei Herrn Lorenz fündig geworden. Uns trennten 520 km. Wir hatten von Anfang an ein professionellen und freundlichen Kontakt. Herr Lorenz ging auf alle unsere Wünsche ein und machte uns einen guten Preis. Wir hatten das Wohnmobil vorher nie gesehen, nur auf Bildern und entschlossen uns es einfach zu kaufen. Das gute Gefühl mit Herrn Lorenz hat uns dazu bewogen. Am Tag der Abholung wurde ich von Herrn Lorenz vom Bahnhof abgeholt. Ein toller Service! Das Wohnmobil war wie beschrieben und tadellos. Wir haben so einen Kauf noch nie gemacht, aber mit Herrn Lorenz haben wir den perfekten Verkäufer erwischt. Vielen Dank nochmal. Wir können das Autohaus nur empfehlen und würden dort jederzeit wieder ein Fahrzeug kaufen.
