If I had the opportunity, I would have given 5 ++++. Very professional, helpful and supportive, including making a significant contribution to shipping to Sudan. I can really recommend BTS Automobile. Even 3 months after the purchase, the third replacement key appeared today and BTS sent it to us. Just TOP !!!!!

I can only recommend. I was well helped, good advice and good value for money. Would like to come back.

With spare parts orders a little more use would be good. Everything else okay.

Never again!!! An impudence!!! If I could not give a star I would do that !!! I bought a vehicle with a flawless HU / AU report ... Even when picking up the car did not start. I was told that the immobilizer is active. Of course, I did not know better and believed you and took the vehicle. Finally it came out that the battery was nearly empty. This I was allowed to replace even then, since it is indeed a wearing part and this does not fall under the dealer rifle performance. Absolutely uncooperative gentlemen. 2 days I drove the car and already I had the next problem. A rüieesen puddle under the car ... Transmission oil ... the gentlemen have kindly taken over. But only after a week's discussion .... I told the gentlemen that the vehicle had to be towed, the one who was to pick up the vehicle came in his own car and was amazed when he saw the puddle. Did not you tell him .... When the vehicle was repaired, they just put it on the front door and handed the key to the neighbors ... As the question arises to me how the vehicle passed the HU ... so I called the Dekra. They did not want to put on a shoe. It would be just a snapshot ??? !!! And at the time of the test everything would have been fine. Of course I can not prove that in the end. Now I was in the workshop to get the vehicle checked again ... and the next shock ... 1.200 € repair costs. And at least 3 other flaws with which the vehicle would NEVER have ever passed the HU / AU !!! And further shortcomings that should at least have been noted on the report. But of course everything difficult to prove ... the buyer is always the loser in the end ... It is an absolute impudence as the car was sold to me !!!!
