I bought 5 days ago a used VA Golf. Mr. Frenken did his best in order to help us with buying the car. I enjoyed the service very much till now. I hope to get it this way if needed within the next 6-7 month in which I am going to use the car. Thanks a lot

Never saw similar from a premium car seller. Was signing the contract to buy a second-hand high end premium car. After finalizing the contract, I initiated the bank transfer and stayed overnight so that, as agreed, I could take the car next day once the bank transfer got completed. Next day, I got to know that the dealership did not initiate the paperwork, which meant that I would had to stay over the weekend to take the car only the next Monday. According to the salesman Wolfgang Müller, the director of the place personally did not allow the paperwork to start before the completion of the bank transfer (despite signed contract). Obviously a dealership cannot hand out a car before they have a payment but that they cannot start the paperwork knowing that by not doing it, the client needs to spend the weekend on place or make a trip of over 300km is unacceptable. I had the feeling that once the contract was signed, they did not care about the service level anymore. This for me was an unacceptable business practice and therefore, once it turned out I would need to come back, I insisted on canceling the contract and ask them for a refund (the money arrived back to my bank account within a week). Seems that the management of this place only cares about closing sales but not about customer care satisfaction.
