We bought a Mazda Demio. When purchasing, we were informed that the clutch was only again. After a short drive we found that the clutch is completely broken. We then drove back to the dealer to ask for the invoice, and we got the answer "did you buy a new car". We are aware that this is not a new car, but building a sales pitch on lies is not easy. In addition, a repair price cannot be higher than a purchase price. When we tried the conversation again, we came across as very unfriendly. We can only say there is no car, the sales pitch is based on lies. A friendly customer discussion is not possible there. All that matters to the car dealer is sales, you can't expect morale there. Customer satisfaction undesirable. We would like to - give stars but unfortunately this is not "yet" possible with goggle;)
