Got the parts I ordered no problems
After some minor problems with our caravan the owner had personally agreed to fix it all.
Poor information what they are selling and they don't follow European consumer laws. Electric floor heating was missing and some pipes that is standard equipment. This company did't pay for the missing parts and installation. They paid back a small amount that only covered about 50% of the total cost, when I explained what the total cost is they just told me I should not extort them. Case closed from my side, don't buy anything from them!
Excellent service.
We bought our caravan from 3 H Camping (Adria Alpina) and everything was just right. We were able to ask questions, were at the trade fair, were given extensive information, and our concerns were answered with patience and friendliness. Since then, nothing else has come into question for us. This family business is still run with heart and humor. And not only the sales were unproblematic, but also the service for the next few years. Gladly again
