I had asked in advance by phone whether my boat trailer could be picked up, repaired and an HU could be carried out on the trailer. Basically this is possible and I should drop by on site with the papers for the boat trailer. Unfortunately, the appointment on site was very sobering. It was only succinctly "we have no time in the next few weeks, we don't pick up any boat trailers, you have to come to us somehow and we can't help you at the moment." I could have saved myself the previous phone call and the journey, because it has not happened to me for a long time to be fobbed off like that.
