My colleagues and i are having problems when we call your shop to arrange and appointment , which is my case right now. Mr Ferreira is the one talking to us and without him is impossible, my colleague tried today and the one who picked it up was unable to explaiN anything. Please, give us a solution, we,re clients also and we like your work. We,re a lot of people on base. We are not german speakers, sorry

Reifen Casteel Heinsberg convinced me in all respects. I used 2 motorcycle tires. Before the assembly appointment, Mr. Fereira gave very good advice over the phone. The first assembly date was postponed by Corona. At the second appointment, the tires were changed quickly and on time; combined with friendliness and expertise. Conclusion: Everything is perfect, I will pass it on to friends and acquaintances and come back as a customer.
Yesterday I had my first experience with Reifen Casteel in Heinsberg. I was nearby at the TÜV and they complained about my two front tires and two defective light bulbs. So I tried to quickly find a supplier who could best fit two new tires for me immediately so that I could still get the TÜV seal that day. (Extra vacation day) So I decided to try Reifen Casteel. Once there, they understood my need. After two hours I had two new tires on the front, a brake light and a parking light repaired. All of this at a super fair price. From now on I will have both cars fitted with tires there. Nice, service 1A and in terms of price also TOP! Casteel tires? We would love to come back!
A real top team. The best tire service far and wide. Even if there are problems, Mr. Ferreira strives until the problem is solved to satisfaction. I've been a customer here for years and have experienced it several times. This is really super customer service, because others can cut themselves off
