Very rude staff and racist. On March 20, 2020 at approximately 19:55, the cashier opposite insulted us with racist comments because we wanted to pay hard money. She insisted on cashing in paper money. When she talks about hygiene, she should put on gloves when she thinks about her health. Then I paid with banknotes and got hard money back. Where's the point. Where

I am always used by Rossmann a good assortment. But also a friendly helpful approach of the staff with their customers. This can not be said of the Rossmann on the Karl-Arnold-Straße in Heinsberg. There, a Mrs. G. deals with the customers as if it were filth. Courtesy and decorum are in short supply of staff. If you're hoping for a good day or goodbye, or a nice day, or a nice weekend, then you're hoping for nothing, just like a request, and there's no such thing as a thank you. With customer complaints to the branch management one felt also as if I were a Kindergarten child it interested them not a bit and then went over to their agenda. I no longer enter this branch.

Good day, today I rate the Rossmann in Grebben. Typical Rossmann sortimment. Always helpful competent friendly staff. Grown are a Lidl and Kik business. Many parking lots where a bakery is available. If the review was useful, I would be happy about a damit so I know it makes sense. VG
