love this place. good range of organic products. always find what i need, and what i didn’t think i needed.

Very nice staff, the business is well maintained, you always get a friendly answer to questions, the staff gives you good advice on questions about the products. Even in the evening an hour before the shop closes, the staff is nice and courteous regardless of how stressful the shop is. The willingness to help is always there, if a product is no longer available in the store, customers are even checked in the warehouse to see whether any is still in the warehouse and, for example, baby food is given out. I've been a regular customer for a long time and I wouldn't go shopping anywhere else !!

The shop is very well maintained. But the only thing that doesn't work is a cashier who is always in a bad mood. Even questions are answered with an unpleasant undertone. I prefer to go to DM where the staff is friendlier.

I am a really committed regular customer in Hückelhoven! Very clean and well-stocked shop (not like in Aachen with the mice), really nice and helpful staff and the prices are just great! Keep it up!

The stars are there for the store. Is always clean and almost everything in stock. However, a slightly thicker, 30/35 year old saleswoman with black hair has a tone that doesn't work. I noticed her often, in a bad mood and complaining every time. I would not tolerate such staff. I am sure that the store will lose a lot of customers just because of the unbearably bad mood of the saleswoman. Everyone has a bad day, it seems that this lady was born with it. Impossible
