Disappointing with the service. Personally, I certainly don't buy a kitchen here
Very satisfied, 4th kitchen ordered,
Super friendly, great advice. No imposing, but more ideas where the customer ultimately decides. Very professional, even after the successful sale, with the handover of a purchase folder where all important information is put together. Great presentation of the dream kitchen on a large screen.
We ordered a kitchen there in August 2020. Our advisor Ms. Kassem advised us very well with all the important little things. The kitchen will be built as agreed on December 14th, 2020.
I can only recommend it. !!!
I went to the kitchen market in Heinsberg with my parents! We were welcomed in a friendly manner and were able to look around in peace without every seller pouncing on you.
A nice lady then showed us all the possibilities.
The advice was great from start to finish, and we felt really good when we went home.
We also got offers elsewhere, but none of the advice and price was as good as in Schaffrath Heinsberg.
We then ordered the kitchen from Ms. K.
I can only recommend.
Nice case had some problems but that will be solved very professionally by Schaffrath within a reasonable time.
