Faster than anticipated, no problems, awesome, nice people, highly recommended

Good and cheap. You can do it ... but based on my experience with the moving company or Mr. Holzapfel, I strongly advise single women not to hire this moving service. Personally, I wouldn't move with this company a second time.

We chose the cheaper HS removals from two offers. We were not disappointed. Fast, professional and accurate. Everyone knows what to do, every move is right here. Brisk troop. All furniture came to their destination without damage. Definitely highly recommended.

An absolutely recommendable company. We had only ordered a relatively small transport (3 very large / bulky / heavy parts), nevertheless: The assignment went smoothly and quickly. On the day of the move, the employees were on site on time and did the work very quickly, carefully and neatly. Every employee with whom we were in contact was very serious and friendly. The prices are absolutely humane and remained as previously agreed. We would recommend this company at any time!

In mid-November 2019 we moved from Heinsberg to Hameln. We decided on "HS-Umzüge" right after the first contact and at no time regretted this decision. We are more than satisfied. Already when you inspected the old apartment together with Ms. Holzapfel you could feel the professionalism and experience, everything was discussed in peace, written down and well thought out. The cost estimate was fair and so we immediately made a move together and placed the order. There were also several appointments to choose from, so that it was no problem to find a suitable appointment. On Wednesday afternoon we started and the pre-party came to pack, Thursday the main part came in Heinsberg and everything, really everything was packed, dismantled and stowed in the trucks. In the evening the trucks were loaded and ready to travel. Nothing was damaged in the furniture, nor in the contents, nor in the old apartment or the stairwell. The whole Holzapfel family is there themselves and helps and coordinates everything incredibly professionally and the atmosphere is still very good and relaxed all the time. On Friday around noon the whole group arrived in Hameln and everything was quickly, but calmly and professionally unloaded and towed to where it was agreed. All cupboards and furniture were professionally set up, aligned and, if necessary, attached to the wall. Lamps hung and part of the closets cleared away. Small spontaneous changes in the arrangement were easily resolved. Both on site and financially. So that it was not too stressful for everyone after the long and tiring days and the rest could be done professionally, the evening was decided on Friday in the early evening and on Saturday morning we slept in and with fresh energy in the rest of the work, which lasted until around noon , In the end, we went through everything together again and checked everything for damage, but also in Hameln in the new apartment nothing, but nothing broke. We are satisfied from A-Z and would move again with “HS removals” at any time. Even if we are back from Hameln to a new place of residence or to the old one again …… ...…. “HS-Umzüge” will always be our first point of contact from now on. Thank you for everything!
