I can't understand the bad rating at all. A few weeks ago, I had to send a return via UPS and was almost averse when I read the bad review. However, I went to the location in Millich and was actually taught better. The UPS Access Point is located in an extremely nicely arranged wine and oil shop, where I almost felt badly dressed with my baseball cap and sweatshirt jacket. I was immediately approached by a nice lady who explained to me in an extremely understandable way how the UPS return works and that I have to store my mobile phone number for it. Five stars are therefore actually not enough, better than any other acceptance point from other shipping companies in kiosks or lottery shops.

There is no better and more service-oriented AP. Everything is perfectly explained, important details are pointed out, stickers are printed out, people who collect their parcels are even called as soon as their parcels are on site. I don't know what to complain about there ?! Mr. Marlon D .: I doubt that you were there at 5:45 p.m. and were sent away. Not at all with the hint to please complain. The ladies are always on duty until after 6:00 p.m. That's an outright lie of yours.

I had a pick-up slip for a parcel, it was ready to be picked up at 5:30 p.m. Opening times are until 6 p.m. When I wanted to pick up my parcel at 5:45 p.m., I was not given it. The systems would have been shut down, that would be bad luck. I could give a negative rating if that didn't suit me. Of course, I won't let myself be asked twice. An official complaint to UPS naturally goes out in parallel. Likewise, of course, no other product is consumed there and this experience made known to friends and relatives. This is how you create satisfied customers in a circle.
