German post office

A post office with heart and patience! Although this branch is usually well attended and there are long waiting times at peak times, I always enjoy going here. All the ladies who work there greet me and other customers with a beaming smile, understand and always help wherever they can. I have often filled out the wrong form or given a package that had to be re-glued at short notice. Every time I was given super friendly support and never had the impression that I was bothering me or that I was annoyed. But on the contrary! The service and professionalism were always in the foreground during all my visits. But what I value most is the friendliness and humanity in this branch ... every time I go home feeling happy. Thank you so much for your good souls!

Occasionally the waiting time is quite long (the fault for this is not the much too small parcel shop, but the post office), the advice is usually friendly. As everywhere, the same applies here: If you make it clear that only people work there, then it really works.

Incompetent workers who move at a snail's pace and cannot even think logically.

Very entertaining. I was rudely and condescendingly taught by an old lady that I used the wrong tape. I think you could go there more often to train the resilience of the good woman :)

This branch prefers to talk about the husband's move out, who separates from the employee, rather than clearing the right postage on a package for customers. The parcel comes back because of wrong postage and you have to be more or less reproached as a customer that you are to blame for it and that you cannot read every address as an employee: "We would have to do something there." That's right, the business is empty and "private" is more important than the customer who relies on the right advice. But I can see whether I can get the postage elsewhere, according to the employee.
