Simple but pleasantly friendly mosque with mostly Muslim friendly Muslims. As a German-born person I was always treated kindly., Every effort is made to avoid "Salafists" (whatever that means. Incidentally, the opinion that the so-called "Salafists" like Pierre Vogel et al describe themselves as Salafists. This is wrong. Rather, this concept was introduced by the Office for the Protection of the Constitution (sic !!!). Unfortunately, in my opinion, this is exaggerated, but I feel the fear of doing something wrong about this. Religious freedom applies to all people who live here and the top priority is: abide by the law. Those who follow this may also represent "Salafist" opinions. Even the Office for the Protection of the Constitution must stay out of it. Germany has good laws and a good constitution seen worldwide and makes good social, employment and health policies. In a way, we live here in Germany on the sunny side of the world and in a good sense. This should not be forgotten with all permitted criticism and of course also affects all people practicing religion.
Courses on Islam were also offered. Unfortunately I did not like this course, why I do not want to deepen that here.
The spoken Arabic word in German is visible on a screen. Unfortunately, not everything is translated. This is unfortunate and a shortcoming, Here the legislator should intervene more regulative.
I want to know what is being announced there and that is understandable, isn't it?
Unfortunately in the mosque the legal distance and the Robert Koch Institute do not keep the required distance when praying. 50 or at most 60cm are simply not enough. In addition, the small mosque is fully occupied and there is not enough air exchange. This is very unfortunate because, in addition, almost all mosque visitors do not wear mouth and nose protection when moving. Something should change urgently here, since mosque visitors, especially older people, are extremely at risk of health. This is not compatible with the message that comes from the Holy Quran. Everything else in view is a kind of double standard.
The sermons sometimes leave a lot to be desired. Approaches are well-meant, but almost everything is commonplace, with which, today it was a question of child education, parents and minors have little concrete knowledge of what to do with. It is also very unfortunate. In addition (today on Friday) the opinion of the Iman was that people should hardly be brought up when they reach the age of majority.
Incidentally, the "age of majority" was arbitrarily introduced in Germany at the age of 18. I don't want to go into the reasons here, but it has little to do with pedagogy. Juvenile justice applies e.g. basically until the age of 21 and there are actually educational reasons.
This has long been outdated black pedagogy and thus the "re-socialization" for criminals would be nonsense. Nonsense is, of course, what the preacher said here, Quran or Quran. This topic is not about belief, but about secured knowledge. In addition, nowhere in the Holy Quran can be read that people who reach the age of majority can no longer be educated by the love of their parents et al. If it were there, it would be complete nonsense. But it is neither in the Torah, nor in the Christian Bible, nor in the Koran.
I give this mosque a sufficient grade, also in my capacity as an educationalist and social pedagogue and also as a religiously motivated person.
The mosque operator (s) may please deal with the corona problem and adhere to the laws and regulations of the government and the Robert Koch Institute that are offered here. Allah, the Exalted, will probably know how to thank. 1.50 m distance
Can I only recommend for the people who want to acquire the Islamic knowledge of competent teachers.
