After we were very dissatisfied with another moving company during our last move a few years ago, our move from Leverkusen to Düsseldorf was handled by the Gombert company and we were really very satisfied! After we asked via the contact form on the website, one of the employees soon contacted us for a first meeting. We made an appointment to view our moving goods and received a visit a few days later from the same employee we had previously phoned. What we noticed particularly positively is that our personal ideas and wishes were always in the foreground in the consultation and we never had the feeling that "something was gossiping" on us. Here too we unfortunately knew it differently from the past ... The move itself was great. The employees were on time at the agreed time and our furniture was completely packed and stowed in the truck in just over an hour. Since our old kitchen didn't quite fit into the new apartment, we had additionally booked a service for adaptation work. Here too everything went as agreed and the kitchen fit into our new apartment afterwards. Compared to our experiences from the past, we were very pleasantly surprised and are glad that we did not manage the move ourselves. It may cost a little more than doing everything alone, but then it saves a lot of strength and nerves :-) We can warmly recommend Gombert!

One of the best freight forwarders there is. I can only say good things about the freight forwarder Gombert. Everyone is nice, courteous and competent.

We chose Gombert for a larger furniture transport with a total of about 30 square meters from Germany to Mallorca and were not disappointed. On the contrary: I am very happy that I chose this forwarding agency. Mr. Gombert was always polite and very helpful on the phone. I ordered a lot of furniture and furnishings online and had them sent to the warehouse in Duisburg. Deliveries at 7:00 a.m. were also no problem. In addition, I had collected some things in our home town of Hamburg, which were brought to Duisburg by extra pick-up (for a modest surcharge). Last week everything was delivered to our new house in Mallorca. On the agreed day, the truck was there half an hour earlier than expected. My special thanks go to the two great employees Torben and Momo. They did a first-class job on site and were very agile, hard-working, committed and very personable. They tirelessly assembled all the furniture to the last screw and furnished the house. It was just fun with them. Momo was also a great help, as he speaks Spanish very well in addition to other languages. He often helped me translate because there were other Spanish artisans who didn't speak English while moving in. We were therefore very satisfied and can only recommend this forwarding agency.

Mr. Gombert makes a very serious impression, he promised me (also because of my BSV) a "relaxed move". Only the move was anything but relaxed: one day before the move (29.09.2017) it was "Cars in Mallorca", we can on 02.10. move. We could look forward to the 30.09. some, but on 09/30 I was. sometime at noon, succinctly communicated that only on 02.10. move or find another carrier. End. On October 2nd Sometime at 10 (instead of 6:30 in the morning), the trucks were loaded, transport to Duisburg: there was the "no-stopping zone" on September 30th. expired and we pleaded with the parked car owners so that the parking and loading area became free. Before the truck was unloaded, it was said: "We have a lien, money in hand or we will not unload" (€ 300 more than stated in the original offer). So I was forced to drive back an hour and a half to make the payment at the bank. In the meantime it was unloaded across the board or better "thrown out", filthy and destroyed, the furniture was moved somewhere without sense or understanding and without anyone having a plan what goes where, where everyone just fell out of their hands or somehow there was still space . In the end three quarters of the furniture was destroyed or damaged, including the kitchen (which also had to be bought) and we have NOT RECEIVED AN INVOICE UNTIL TODAY !!!! As I said, Mr. Gombert looks very serious: ALL employees on site complained that they would not work more than 10 hours. Before you book this "service provider", we recommend the following: Book a moving trailer or a truck with friends for 22 € per day and advertise at the employment office or on a student job website for helpers, you have just as much work or less, it You only incur a third of the costs we have incurred to date, with the rest you could invest in the replacement of any damage and / or save ... Yes, Mr. Gombert makes an extremely serious impression: however, he is only in cash on best interested without an invoice and not in what you as a customer want, need or have contractually agreed and THIS IS EVERYTHING BUT SERIOUS! If you search the Internet, you will often find reviews of this quality about the company Spedition Gombert. P.S. Mr. Gombert also has a kitchen studio, the kitchen fitter has no idea ... Mr. Gombert just looks very serious, get your own impression; o) ... P.S.S. Immediately after the evaluation appeared, Mr. Gombert called me and pretended to be ignorant and asked whether I had not received an invoice and threatened to talk to his lawyer. This is a free country with the right to freedom of expression. This is my personal opinion about this company and nothing has been written about it, this is how the move went! P.S.S.S: It is also interesting that MAGNUS POMM is creating a recession for its own employer ... how many employees at Gobmert Logistik have still given ratings here?
