According to the district government, 9,000 were transferred. Money never arrived. Account would be deleted, there would be no bank statements. Thanks a lot

A well-intentioned star. More is really not possible. - You can't get to the ATM in the evenings and at night. The anteroom in which the machine is closed. So you have to get fresh money elsewhere. - Today I was at this branch around 3:20 pm and wanted to deposit money. Since I only get my money on the 5th of a month and have overlooked a debit, I wanted to deposit a little over € 20 at the counter and gladly take the rest of € 50 with me. I was immediately told that I had to go to the ATM. When I said that I wanted to take the rest with me, I was told that there was no cash. Then I turned around and left the branch. When leaving, the employee called me afterwards that she wanted to look for cash. Disappointed about how it all went, I'm out without looking and with the comment "I don't feel like it anymore". Had to buy something in the shop next door and then go back into the bank to deposit money at the machine. Commerzbank - the bank at your side. It's just stupid if you have to take a day off to deposit something at the counter. Because the checkout times are only until 1 p.m. And not at all on Friday.

The consultants are very nice there! I canceled my Commerzbank accounts there, thought that I was more satisfied with my new bank ... Then I came back to the branch after 4 weeks and tried to cancel my cancellation ... It was funny that the consultant could remember me and then wondered why I'm back. My reason for resigning was that contactless payment does not exist at Commerzbank. A few days after the cancellation, I saw a comment on the Commerzbank Facebook page that said that the contactless EC card should be available at the beginning of 2018 ... I was very annoyed because I didn't know that the new EC card would start next year comes 😒. After long considerations (because of Schufa ... makes a bad impression if you want to keep 2 accounts) I went to Commerzbank 4 weeks after termination and then had the same consultant. She also understood why I quit, then tried to open my old account again ... But it didn't work because the data had already been deleted ... I then had the same account models reopened and was even allowed to give me the account number + IBAN myself choose! I thought it was very nice! Then went through all the account documents again. Everything went smoothly! Conclusion: very nice consultants and are very competent! Was at the Uerdingen branch twice before my termination (a few months before) and I was helped very quickly there, e.g. with simple questions. I can only recommend the bank! Even if I was at another bank for a month!
