Today a slatted frame should be delivered between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Called at 5 p.m. and got the information, the article cannot be found. A joke for a shipping company that is not able to bring an item from A to B. I took a day off to do this

Lack of respect for drivers from other European countries!

This is the worst freight forwarder I have ever encountered. A dishwasher should be picked up from me that was exchanged within the warranty. Driver should report 1 hour in advance ... get nothing. The drivers were supposedly already on their way, but were rescheduled at very short notice. Somebody should answer, but not get a call. Called yourself, you are first connected 5 times (!!!) and then you hang up! With the new attempt, connected again 3 times ... and then you get the message that "it cannot be picked up today, it will be tomorrow". You don't get a fixed date, just a time window ... you wait 5 hours in vain and you take vacation for ...

The delivery did not take place on the agreed date and no notification was made. If an appointment is made and a strong person is to be kept ready to unload, this is not acceptable. Especially when the time slot for delivery is 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., i.e. practically the whole day. For delivery on the replacement date, I could not be promised a call from the driver 30 minutes before delivery. Why is one not informed by telephone if the delivery does not take place on the agreed date? Logistics is exactly the job of a shipping company, so why doesn't it work? I can't recommend it like that. Bad and out of date, job failed.

Delivery came within as specified, but the time window from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. for delivery was much too long! Taking a full day's vacation for a delivery is a joke. In this day and age, I expect real-time tracking! Driver was friendly!
