Super great bar! Celebrated my birthday there and it was for sure one of the best! Great atmosphere, good music and a super nice owner. I can only recommend it to everyone.

[Edit 2020: I just saw that the answer was updated 9 months ago and there must have been a change of ownership. If the Zoozies should survive the pandemic (toi toi toi!) I'll make a new opinion. Until then, profile-factually five stars in a good sense :) The old rating including the previous edit is below for the purpose of history] ----------------- Good music, nice guests, and a good selection of drinks for the designated drivers. The layout is interesting and the principle of "standing bar" is not currently found in this form in Krefeld. Everyone who comes in gets a drinks menu, there is € 3 entry and € 2 minimum consumption per card, so effectively € 5. If, like us, you have several people write down on one card (e.g. because one invites you) and the other cards remain empty, you should be prepared to receive 5 € off each of the empty cards. You can save yourself the suggestion to distribute the sum on the remaining cards and every attempt at negotiation is probably better as friendly as the security approaches us. No threats were made, but body language was enough. I will not go there anymore. Edit 5/17/18: I was probably too benevolent. "No threats were made," yes that is true - none were made. When paying, the hook with the minimum consumption was only noticed, and when I first asked whether this could not be split up between the cards, the barmaid waves to the security man and he comes over without a word, grabs my arm and points to my card. No, not outright threats. As I said, the body language was enough. I don't remember the faces, but I still remember how things went pretty well. Now it was all three years ago and I didn't really care about the money that evening either. A simple "no, that doesn't work" would have been enough, instead you get the Hulk forced upon you and he gives you to understand that he will be violent if you don't immediately hand out cash. It was never about the fact that there was no discussion whether the sum could be divided between all cards. It was all about HOW. Now, after three years, I happen to pass my review from back then and see that the owner doesn't feel the least bit responsible and prefers to justify it instead of retroactively appeasing it because he considers the two stars to be inappropriate. Cozy shop, if you want to meet nice people on Friday evenings the right address. Good choice of drinks! Nice team, which clearly has fun at work. Belongs to Krefeld!

Krefeld is not dead! The Zooziez is a great bar for me. I am there now almost every Friday and will not let it go there for the time being! Too bad that the last train runs so early!

Super friendly staff, fair prices and nice atmosphere. Happy more often.
