Fairline Umzüge

After reading all previous reviews, I had concerns as they are either 1-star or 5-star. I called the owner and they assured of good quality service. As it turned out, it was quite good, and the rate is really adequate. The move started 9 in the morning and finished around 5pm. For those interested, one tip is to make sure things are clearly communicated.

Everything great! The moving team was super nice, funny and competent. You were finished on time and quickly. The contact with the back office was also great and quick. The price was absolutely fair. I cannot understand the negative reviews at all and recommend Fairline at any time

Everything worked out great for me! After a telephone consultation, an appointment was even found in the same week to transport my furniture within Moers. The two employees were very friendly and did a great job! Dismantling and assembling my closet was just as included as packing sensitive furniture. The price / performance ratio was right and it was billed fairly.

Due to some very bad reviews, we were worried that we were too stingy and should have spent more money on the move ... Ultimately, we have to say that we are very happy not to have invested anymore. The contact persons from the head office were very easy to reach even in the late evening and sometimes at the weekend. I sometimes had a guilty conscience to write a message in the evening ... The people moving were very friendly and attentive and did a great job. Everything was packed and transported very neatly. The move started on time as agreed and the helpers were polite and orderly. Fortunately, we had very, very good experiences and would also recommend this moving company to friends and family. Thanks again!
