Hertz Autovermietung Krefeld

Do not book here! 0 reliability, they told us less than 24h before the pickup that the car is not available and there is nothing feasible that they can offer! We ended up booking with another provider at the last minute which was more expensive, and Hertz does not even cover the whole difference! Their fleet is not sufficient and probably they overbook thus do not care about the customer!

Update: The misunderstanding has been resolved and a credit note is now available. Exemplary friendly work by the agency manager. The bad impression of Hertz Corporate remains, but the station can't help it. Hertz simply added insurance to me without asking me. See exactly what you sign at HERTZ. This happened to me once at Hertz in London. What a shame.

Small fine good, right at the motorway exit!

I was able to rent a van there at short notice. This was very well maintained. I also found the offer acceptable. All in all a pleasant company.

Nice service, problem-free processing and everything went very quickly.
