In two days our problematic bathtub became barrier-free. And almost without dust and noise. We are totally satisfied.
Just in time for Christmas we had a water pipe burst in the basement. Everything was flooded. We found Lutz Kottsieper's new bathroom and heating ambulance service via Google and reported our fiasco via their WhatsApp service. The service technician was on site within half an hour. He located the broken pipe, repaired the damage and even emptied our basement. Then drying devices were set up. Great work. The damage was kept in check by the quick help. We are very satisfied with the service.
Our old bathroom was finished in just a week !! completely modernized. Instead of the unused bathtub, we now have a large, easy-care walk-in shower with a rain wellness shower. The walls were covered with large panels without joints. Everything is super modern. If I had known beforehand how problem-free and stress-free everything would be, the old bathroom would have been modernized much earlier. For this achievement, I am happy to give Lutz Kottsieper 5 stars
Absolute disaster !!!
Rarely seen such a disorganized company. Why?
* There are no recalls, you always have to follow up yourself. And guilty that no recall was made ... yes, it's basically your colleague's fault.
* In the case of agreed appointments with a clear order, the appropriate material will not be brought. Mistakes happen, no issue. But please do not expect that the error will be corrected in an exemplary manner. No, why should I? Well, guess who can call again. I agree! You, the customer.
* Documents are not available and will be requested by the customer ...
* and and and...
One should ask why the vast majority of customers change companies after initial cooperation. I am now one of them.
I don't understand how such companies can keep themselves in the market. Simply unbelievable. Service and organization is "INSUFFICIENT".
16 years ago we commissioned the young company Kottsieper for our complete house renovation in the area of heating system, bathroom, etc. (Art Nouveau house).
Nice, punctual, reliable. Great work with no problems!
Even today our "in-house installer team", which has always had very good employees who put their expertise into practice in practical work.
New heating system ordered, arrived, installed - in one day!
