As a woman, you also feel in good hands here. There are no "stupid questions" just patient and friendly staff. Price-performance fits, the quality of work is also at a high level. Here you can also look outside the box at an inspection. Calculations made beforehand on the cost of the customer are actually adhered to fairly precisely, all of which creates trust. The only drawback: the availability of the good ladies and gentlemen at Aschoff is sometimes a bit difficult, so it has to be a second or third call to get someone on the phone, but I can live with that because I am there feel good as a customer. So: a clear recommendation to anyone looking for a car repair shop.

After Opel closed the bagging, I looked for a new workshop and was recommended this workshop. When my speaker had a broken wire I was helped very well. So I went to the workshop again for an inspection with TÜV. After picking up and driving on, I had the impression that something in the engine compartment was not "running smoothly", but I wanted to watch it first. When I took the car back to the workshop after a few days of use, because the impression was confirmed, there was actually something wrong with the radiator hose. The expansion tank for the cooling water was replaced during the inspection. When I expressed my suspicion that it could have something to do with the repair during the inspection, I only heard it was a different cooling water hose and was kindly dismissed. A strange coincidence that the cooling water tank was replaced, after the inspection I already noticed that something was wrong and then in the end the problem with the cooling water hose - for a fee, of course - was resolved instead of a complaint. In addition, I would also like a call when the car is ready instead of calling and asking for advice. I had to get rid of that now.

PURE enthusiasm! 4 Opel "specialist" workshops have not found the fault in the control unit and the broken springs on my lovingly named "fat" an Opel Signum. Also ATU and Pitstop not. A friend recommended me to Aschoff and paved the way for me to meet these really great, friendly, professional and always in a good mood. A woman was waiting for me, hard to believe! with concentrated Opel expertise at reception. Ms. Steinfells must have previously worked at Opel Bangen. Mr. Jeditzki sen. as well as jun. and Mr. Güdden are the kind of service providers who enjoy working, you can see that in every word and every look. You shouldn't be put off by the "slightly dusty" exterior of the building, and certainly not as a woman. Everything was explained to me in minute detail and all of my questions did not give the feeling that an answer would be a nuisance. After troubleshooting, I was called and I was offered two alternatives for repair and I was allowed to sleep on them again. I used the time and compared prices. See there: Have been lucky twice, they have found the error (s) here and are also among the cheapest in the area (> 20% cheaper than the Opel workshops in Krefeld and the surrounding area, incidentally also significantly cheaper than the "free" ones I didn't have to pay anything to read out the error code. I'll be back here, thanks guys and gals you guys are great! Oh yes, here you get a free train ticket if you want one, for the way there and back.

Great service - fast, competent and helpful. I have the feeling that I have received honest advice - which unfortunately is no longer common these days. I will gladly come again
