Rolf Barten is very rude and cannot deal with customers. First of all, in the end it is always more expensive than discussed. He's also rude and doesn't deal professionally with customers. Unfortunately, he misjudged the tone several times and was very aggressive. When he was asked to control himself, he said that his vehicle should be picked up again. Totally unprofessional and unfriendly!
