I had been looking for a trustworthy company for a long time that would take care of our 13-year-old gas heating. Unfortunately, the time had come yesterday ... It stopped running. It was the weekend and where to find someone so quickly. My husband then sent me a few pages from work from relevant companies and I looked at all of them. The "heating paramedics" convinced me the most. I called and Mr. Mazur was VERY nice on the phone. The fitter was with me after 1.5 hours and checked the device. Then he got the defective part and installed it. He was also VERY nice and quick. :) What can I say??? The heating is running fine again and sooooo fast. Hats off - I'm very excited. We have set a maintenance date for December 1st, 2020, which we now repeat every year. I can only recommend this great company. Keep it up... :)
I'm very satisfied Mr. Mazur gave us excellent advice. After a settlement, we placed the order. The planning and implementation went smoothly.
I absolutely feel ripped off. For 45 min work, 145 €, I would also like to have such an hourly wage. Never again. For the same problem we paid 35 € for the old craftsman. That is rip off.
