Wrong part delivered brought back money not paid back to customer (boss personally) the company now owns the spare part

Fraudulent behavior, order online rather than download from such an incompetent
Just embarrassing and all thumbs down
Outrageous shop you order a part was wrongly delivered (employee to his boss that is a losing business) now i can wait weeks for my money and they supposedly have the part back until the supplier answers
