As soon as goods are cleared away, you have no chance to buy, since everything is completely closed, it is a disaster because the aisles are already very narrow. Since the checkout is usually very slow, both checkouts are constantly overcrowded .. when it is then there are still people who want to exchange goods every week, you stand at the cash register for 15 minutes and wait ... that would generally be a great thing in all shops if people want to exchange goods ... they just have to queue up at the back!

By far the most unfriendly Rossmann branch in Krefeld. I have often seen the doors close before 8 p.m., i.e. before the shop closes. A quarter of an hour before the shop closes, you are practically driven out of business. Some of the staff are very aggressive and unfriendly. At the checkout I already noticed how the cashier was blaspheming other customers. The other negative testimonials that are written here are completely correct and true. The problem here is the staff and not the customers. The regional management should intervene urgently, otherwise customers will migrate. I haven't had any bad experiences with any dm branch in the last 20 years, but Rossmann branches are similar to Netto branches and generally have a bad image. The fish stinks from the head!

I had already bought the previous day there. The next day, I wanted to shop there again and then noticed that I had forgotten my wallet and had to go there a second time, because I had to quickly go home and get the wallet again. When I was back in the shop and looked around, an employee suddenly came up to me and asked me what I was doing there and that I appeared there quite often, but would never buy anything and it was therefore suspicious. I informed the employee that I was only there the day before. She said that I shouldn't see this as discrimination (I wore a jogging suit that day), but I told her that it was exactly what she was doing! (The day I was there the second time, the day before only once and before, it was a few months ago when I was there the last time!) That the customer may forget the wallet and therefore still appears a second time, the employee did not seem to come to mind. Even another customer, the employee's theater became too much for her to say something, namely that if the employee had no suspicion at all that confirmed that she should just let it go. Really embarrassing for the employee on the spot. It was even more embarrassing for the employee at the checkout when she actually noticed that I had already bought there the previous day, because I wanted to exchange something that I had just bought there the previous day. Conclusion: baseless accusation, really rude and discriminatory! At any rate, I won't shop here anytime soon! How to lose customers ..
