Very friendly staff and good selection of goods.

Hello I was just shopping with you, usually always very friendly staff. But today ... from afar I heard the blonde cashier arguing with an older lady because she supposedly didn't give her enough. Then the cashier says very snuggly "I'm definitely not going to count the whole cash register because of her 60 cents". 1. If the customer insists, she would have to count that as far as I know. 2. When it is my turn and I try to access the Paypal app on my mobile phone, I have no reception. I then kindly ask the cashier if there are any discounts at the moment. I don't hear an answer, when I look up she gives me an angry look and just says: "Yes, you have to look in the app". My answer: "I am there, but I have no reception" .... instead of her thinking so nicely and customer-oriented, she leaves me standing with these words and I scan my card code !!!! That is not customer-oriented and friendly behavior! I work in retail myself and I can't find something like that ... doesn't belong in retail and certainly not in the cash register. CONCLUSION: I will avoid Dm in Uerdingen thanks to this cashier. Anyone can have a bad day, but the customer can't always do something.
