My partner is from Italy and I was glad to see that they also have pasta Gentile (favourite!) in their assortment. Lovely shop but unfortunately bad customer service experience. Unfortunately the machine would not take credit cards and I had no cash. I decided to come another day as I was in a hurry (and Christmas Eve). The lady did not want to accept that I did not want to buy the products anymore (as if there was another option?) and declared that 'we now had a problem' as she seemed to have already booked the products (blaming me for not telling her which type of card I had though she had booked the items before asking me). While calling the other staff she urged me to stay and I felt almost held captive in the shop. Thankfully the other kinder gentleman 'let me go'. 1 star for the great assortment and while I am sure there is also nice personnel, this has totally put me off and I will buy my special pasta in Italy in the future.
I kid you not, the man working here got angry at us for just looking around his store. We probably would have spent quite a bit of money, as there was some awesome items and we really enjoyed browsing around.
Being polite to your customers isn't that difficult. As a small business, lost business is never worth it. I understand waking up in a bad mood, but treating potential customers unfair and with disrespect is NOT ok. What a shame.
Feinkost Gustare is a pleasure for the eyes and the palate. Very nice range and great quality of the goods. Fun to shop here. Good and friendly advice.

Super assortment, first-class service, always friendly. The "traffic light regulation" under Corona conditions is ingenious: Nobody has to wait unnecessarily and the hygiene regulations are optimally observed. Perfect!
