Very nicely located with absolutely moderate prices. The city of Duisburg, which in my opinion has always been underestimated, shows one of its many highlights here. Would you try to be daring to compare yourself with the direct neighboring city of Düsseldorf ... Unthinkable ... Such a location, right on the Rhine in the undoubtedly beautiful capital of the state, is guaranteed not to be available at these conditions!

Very nice view of the Ruhr and the Rhine, as well as a Promenade to walk.

How it should be! Cozy and relaxed! Only the prices are a little too sporty 🙄
