I would like to give my opinion on this practice. I have been working at Tu Lootz for about 2 years. The practice uses the social platforms such as Whatsapp to quickly appoint appointments and to offer possibly canceled appointments at short notice to patients in the queue you will be contacted eg at whatsapp by the practice. Everyone knows it, you have an appointment with the physiotherapist and something comes in between. Again, you will come across a lot of understanding if you cancel in advance (min 1 hour). The practice was extremely understanding and extremely friendly. I have visited many physiotherapists but nowhere encountered such a friendly environment. Location: Unfortunately, you have to plan extra time here because parking is here since the opening of a dentist practice and a tax consultant in short supply. I could always find a parking space but you have to calculate extra time 10-15 min Treatment: The treatment is by far the best I have received. I have very severe problems with my posture and lumbar disc herniation since I am treated here, so I have some fun in sports activities again. After the treatment, you can really feel how the entire musculature is relaxed or stretched. Mr. Lootz understands his craft and is in many ways a good conversation partner. He takes a lot of time and systematically from the first spine to the neck with different methods to the problems or complaints. Service: So after getting a parking space and arriving on the first floor you have the possibility to have a drink. The toilets were always clean and smelled disinfected. It is also important to mention here that the physiotherapists disinfect their hands before and after each treatment. To be common but is not everywhere of course! But in this practice, great importance is attached to hygiene. Just like meeting deadlines. I had over 20 treatments and have never waited more than a minute for my appointment. Great praise here for the right and careful appointment agreement. rooms: Short and sweet, only the most necessary equipment. Very clean rooms and the towels were always fresh for each patient from the closet and then always thrown into a laundry basket. Whether you want to do it as a show in front of the patient, or unconsciously, you have no idea! But I like it a lot when I see that the towels are fresh and after my visit land in a laundry basket. Effect of the therapy: Unfortunately I already have a point of criticism here. and to myself. The treatment with Mr. Lootz brings a lot. Unfortunately, I do not think much of his recommendations to continue the exercises at home. Everyone knows it, you know it does a good thing but you're lazy at home doing something for your health. Otherwise, the effect of the therapy is very good. If you would do anything at home you probably would not need a physiotherapist. :) Nevertheless, I am very happy to have found this practice and can recommend this practice to anyone. One must consider that such a physiotherapy is not completely safe and that one can carry serious unscathed skilled workers who are still employed in Germany in some practice serious permanent damage.
