A horrible parking. It seems easy as it is in front of the opera and concerthall. But the entrance is dirty and smells like piss. The ticket machines are mostly out of order. Long lines. The special rate for concerthall didnt work, causing long line of complaining customers. To be avoided. Alternative: forum parking. Exit is close to the same square. It is clean, spacious and accessible.

Stairways are dirty, smeared and full of urine. 2 euros an hour is a rip off. Allegedly from December 8th. Free parking in 2020, nothing is written anywhere. This is how the city of Duisburg rips off the guests.

Rip off !!! The machine tells me 8 € for 50 minutes and above it says 2 € an hour ?? What's that about? Apart from the fact that every Dixie toilet is cleaner.

Very centrally located. The car park was modernized around 10 years ago and all areas are very brightly lit. The theme is the North Sea and that's why you can hear pleasant tones from one of the numerous loudspeakers throughout the underground car park. The König-Heinrich-Platz underground car park is connected to the Königstrasse underground car park. Payment by card is possible with all major debit and credit cards. There is a machine at each exit. Ticketless parking is unfortunately not possible. Level -1 can only be reached by stairs. Access and exit ramps are closed to pedestrians. Barrier-free access is only possible from level -2 via the Königstraße underground car park. From the underground station there is direct access to the underground car park (stairs and escalator). Junkies are often found in the stairwell areas and that is not inviting. Despite video surveillance, people pee in the stairwells and it sinks very much.
