There is a note stuck to the door that Apple Pay is accepted. Then I want to pay with my cell phone and they tell me that is not possible with cell phone. I kindly point out to the gentleman that the front door says something else. He doesn't know an explanation. Typical Deutsche Post, Middle Ages and employees who have no idea.

- The entire parcel shop smells like old cigarette smoke. - A return could not be made because the QR code was illegible. The closest parcel shop could read the QR code without any problems. + The parcel collection worked without any problems

Nice that there is still a post office in Uerdingen and you don't have to drive to Krefeld. The staff there is very friendly (at the old post office with its employees you didn't even get a "good morning"). Hopefully the branch with the nice employees will stay with us for a long time.
