Very bad payment services and customer service. I needed an hour to get out of the garage, because the payment machines don't accept European standard bank cards, only German ones, and in cash a maximum 20 euro bills of paper money (and are very picky about the paper money) . The customer service has no other solutions than sendind me back to the station and organize myself various bills of paper money to get out. Very poor and not what you wait for after long journeys and using their services for 4 days.

Was gone 5 days and the car would be in the car park because it is safer there. Now I was purely driven someone n scratches, police apparently can not do anything. Horny, I spent 5 days park just over 500 € cost ...

2 stars because the location is so central. Otherwise, unfortunately, too many negatives: light in the stairwell has been missing for weeks - as a woman you "feel" very uncomfortable in the morning and in the evening. You cannot get to the stairwell from level 6 because the handle is missing. Doors cannot be opened completely because they sit on (topic: barrier-free ...) And you probably don't know brooms there either ... Pity!

Every time the same, increase every year and only problems. Gate doesn't work. Cash machine does not work. Inlet machine does not work. WHY THEN THESE FEES

Are there any plans when (if?) The hidden machine will be repaired, where you could pay by card? What happens if you have nothing with you? At 23 o'clock also make the ATMs nearby. Stay?
