Super nice employees, great service (I used the repair shop) and extremely good price-performance ratio. So totally recommended.
Krude opening times. Why not 24/7 via an app or other digital door lock? We are no longer in the 16th century, where a bicycle parking lot is only open if there is staff on site.
I left my bike with the note that I need new brake pads for the rear disc brake. The next
Day I was informed that my bike is ready. When I asked whether
the pads were renewed, I was told that there is nothing on the bill. I asked to check this again and myself
then to inform. After a few minutes I got the information
from a very unfriendly employee that the inspection would have been carried out properly and the brake
work. Then when I picked up my bike and did a brake test

The employee then looked at it again and said that the pads had to be replaced. The trainee would have overlooked that. After another day the bike was fine.
The hand wash performed was also not very convincing.

Very friendly and helpful
Rude, qualitative garbage, too high a cost, I had my dynamo made, the bike station cut off my old high-quality one and replaced it with a cheap light that works with batteries. After 6 weeks it was no longer functional.
Recommend everyone to stay away from the rip-offs.
