The parking is quite good but the price is too high.

The parking garage is fine from the charges. However, the parking garage has a problem which for me min. gets three stars deduction. It affects the elevator as well as the staircase, which are dirty every time with any liquids (from spitting around to drinks of any kind) and sometimes smell very much when I park there. I even assume that people urinate there because of the smell. If this can be fixed somehow I will give more stars. Because it seems to go somewhere else that you can go through the stairwell or use the elevator without stepping in any liquid when you go through it or use the elevator.

My experiences vary from one to a maximum of three stars. I often start on Sundays or evenings, then there are still enough parking spaces available. No one more in the morning. It is better not to go to the top unless you need something from the dealer. It is very bad that the card payment has been defective for weeks. How can that be? For a week there are some fees that I always have to pay in cash. A service-oriented company exchanges something like this within 24 hours.

Attention BahnCard: It is advertised with a significantly reduced daily rate for BahnCard holders, but the machine only accepts the BahnCard "in plastic form". The porter and the lady at the head office were both unable to grant us the reduced tariff upon presentation of the provisional BahnCard (paper form) and we had to pay the full price. Furthermore, the debit card reader at both machines was defective.

Parking garage does not stick to indicated tariffs: between 18 and 6 o'clock allegedly max 3 euro cinema tariff is calculated. That's not true, the machine still expects 1.50 per hour. Absolute impudence. Cinema also emphasizes extra that you have nothing to do with the parking garage. Were not the only ones who complained about that?
